The Hudson Valley Bluegrass Express - A bluegrass power trio of seasoned musicians, playing both traditional and contemporary bluegrass music styles, covering artists ranging from Flatt & Scruggs and Bill Monroe to Sam Bush and Neil Young.

The Hudson Valley Bluegrass Express carries on the tradition of classic bluegrass with a mix of “Newgrass” and contemporary music styles, ranging from classic tunes from Flatt & Scruggs and Bill Monroe to  contemporary takes on Sam Bush and Neil Young.  As of June 1, 2016 our banjo player Thomas Earl will no longer be playing with us since he is moving to Hawaii.  We all will miss him and wish him the best in his new adventures.  Doctor Romo  will continue with the band on mandolin, fiddle and Mike Aiese, on stand up bass and guitar.    We are pleased to welcome our newest member Matt Lamborn on guitar.   We are now working out great new arrangements of traditional songs as well as some creative new surprises.  Stay tuned for more news about where we are heading.
A new video will be posted shortly.
